So I'm at a Wedding today.....

I get to witness the beautiful nuptuals between (2) 22 year old's in love.....I give it 18 months, tops....


The Groom was so whipped he took the Brides last name, WTF that was a first....


As we drive to the reception my wife informs me this is a "Dry Reception"...What you say Willis?....Yes, DRY AS A POPCORN FART.....Knowing this would be a tad unacceptable in my point of view my wife packs a nice little travel bar....She can cook, shovel, mow, put up with me and now she saves the whole fucking day with a mini bar!!!!!


Not so fast everyone, evidently others didn't prepare as well as my kind wife.....Next thing I know the well (bar) is dry and now so is the reception, again....



Next I grab a plate of food and get to sit next to a 61 yr old hippi, total nutcase.....He was a conspiracy theorist....Oh JOY....He talked about the Twin Towers, Power Grids, G5, food shortages, you name it....Everything points to Obama, Clinton, Bush or their cronies...,After 30 mins I told him I'd heard enough and came here to enjoy the day and not listen to his drivel....Somehow this must have offended him (go figure) as he soon left....An hour later we left and I felt lucky our car didn't blow up...


All in all my day sucked, so how was yours....:shrug:

Been thinking about getting two Go Pros for the outting, Patti can wear hers the regular way and I'll wear mine backwards....We can give sort of a panoramic view of the event without worrying about spilling any beer....

I have Steve looking into a GPS App for the course's 18 holes so she doesn't get lost....Speaking of Steve and Apps I spoke with him last night, I really need to come up with an App that translates Southern Drawl into N'Eastern hearing---this could be a HUGE money maker.....I asked him some questions about the Denver area, when I got off the phone my wife asked what he had to say and I was like "I have no idea"....

Patti was also concerned about the change in altitude going from sea level here to the mile high air of Denver.....So I did some research and went out purchased a college refrigerator, put it on top of our refrigerator in the kitchen and filled it with beer....I stuck a step ladder up against the freezer section and started having her grab me beers each night....She says she feels her lungs are getting stronger already....

Anyways I need to run and put together a lawn mowing schedule for the misses, need to get her legs and stamina up for the trip....:0008

You guys should try "Smokin Daves' BBQ and Brew" in Estes Park while you're there!!
Great Bbq and they had 16oz PBR for $3 the night we were there.
