Ive basically just followed some soccer picks here and there for a long time. However, can someone please explain this line. Im trying a new book and dont quite understand this

If Chelsea lose by 1, you lose half of your bet($50), and get back the other $50 on the push

Worst case scenario PSG win by 2 or more, you lose the entire $100

Same principal for under

1 or less win it all

2 you win half push half

3 total loser

They are Asian Lines, half of your bet on each #
