MLS gearing up for a playoff run that looks really exciting as 7 teams are fighting for 5 spots in both conferences and are within points of each other. Too bad this is the time when some footie fans turn their attention to Europe.

Recent form is still the most important handicapping factor for me in this league and Houston had a shocker last time out conceding 5 goals to a Montreal side that had been struggling. Chicago is rounding into form
