It's quarterfinal time in the Capital One Cup . . . and Cup competitions are the least desired trophies in England and the Capital One Cup isn't even a proper Cup. It's a second-tier cup competition. So Man City will be playing their reserves. . . but those reserves just won away against the best club team in the world. Their opponent will also be playing their reserves, so while I think that City will win, it's too much of a price to lay on a team that doesn't have much experience playing with each other on a ground that's not up to Premier League standards. With Joe Hart and a new defensive front, it seems like there's goals to be had.

Manchester City (ENG-Cup)/Leicester (ENG-Cup) Over 3 -127* 1 unit

Sunderland may be the only team in these quarters that's going for a win. And they're at home. And at a nice price.

Sunderland (ENG-Cup) +531* 1/2 unit

Any cup will do for Moyes as he tries to bring his silverware to Old Trafford. United will rotate their side, but Rooney is the class here and he'll be getting service from Welbeck, Nani and Valencia. Enough to get a result in Stoke.

Manchester Utd (ENG-Cup) -119*

No Rooney in the lineup. Don't like this pick as much as I did yesterday
