Honduras is an adequate CONCACAF team, but with World Cup qualifying around the corner, they're not playing their best players and depth is a concern for the smaller nations. Haiti has faired well in recent friendlies against Spain and Italy and this tournament just means more for them and they bring a roster of players with MLS and European experience. Pressure will be on Honduras to attack and I don't know if these players have enough quality or knowledge of each other to be successful.
