After watching two European teams look sluggish in the humidity and then play 120 minutes, I couldn't wait for the line to come out for the final. I was ready to take Brazil to win at anything over +270. . . . but then they came out as favorites. There's a lot of the Spanish players that played 120 minutes on Thursday, but there's also a lot that didn't - David Villa, Santi, Silva, Mata are all fairly fresh and are all better than their Brazilian counterparts. This is also one of the few trophies that this Spanish team doesn't already have.

So, I'll take the most successful international team in history as a dog.

Spain (Confed-Cup) pk +100* vs Brazil (Confed-Cup)

. . . . and really not trying to overthink it. It's a 3rd place game. It's going over.

Also like some MLS games.

Dallas plays a lotta long balls and Philadelphia struggles against that. But the Union's offense is on a roll, scoring 10 goals in their last 4.

Dallas (USA-MLS) +? -125* vs Philadelphia Union (USA-MLS)
Dallas (USA-MLS)/Philadelphia Union (USA-MLS) Over 2? -114*

Also. . .
Montreal Impact (USA-MLS) -130* vs Colorado (USA-MLS)
LA Galaxy (USA-MLS) pk -103* vs San Jose Earthquakes (USA-MLS)

I've been going back in forth on the Brazil Spain game. Going into the semis I was sold on Spain winning it all but that game was a long one and those players looked gassed. Neymar is living up to the billing both as a scorer and playmaker for his teammates.

I'm going to sit back and enjoy the game with my wife and kids and not worry about who wins. If you had a gun to my head I would take Brazil.

I can definitely see Brazil winning, I just don't think that's the expected result.

Spain (Confed-Cup) -1 +420 1/2 unit

MLS gets a chance between the games to show off their product, but I think they got a snoozer as both clubs come in struggling.

Houston (USA-MLS)/Red Bull New York (USA-MLS) Under 2? -115*

Going with italy to win third place, +115.

Italy has people out. Uruguay is fired up and might take a lead, but ultimately Italy will prove better. Line's too good not to put a couple units on it.

Not sure I've ever seen Italy wearing white uniforms before. Must be in honor of Wimbledon.

Catenaccio (Italian pronunciation: [ka-te-nacho]) or The Chain is a tactical system in football with a strong emphasis on defence. In Italian, catenaccio means "door-bolt", which implies a highly organized and effective backline defence focused on nullifying opponents' attacks and preventing goal-scoring opportunities.
