Portland is desperate and at home and looking to get a needed 3 points to catch Vancouver for the final playoff spot, but I think the value lies with RSL because they usually rotate their side when playing on the turf, but they want to hold onto the third playoff spot so that they can get a week off before starting the playoffs. RSL, with their possession, can frustrate the hell out if portland. Neither team benefits from a tie, so it seems unlikely
