Penn St has problems with teams that spread their offense out not smashmouth teams. Nebraska terrible on grass. Their offense has been mediocre at best.
Ok St +7
UCLA qb is overrated and UCLA is terrible on turf. UCLA has been a 500 team the last few years. Ok St will keep it close.
WF +14
Rivers is a very good qb but nc st has been a poor home favorite the last few years and the weather conditions should neglect the speed factor for NC ST. WF running game should shorten the contest.
Idaho +32
Oregon has been less than a stellar favorite lately Idaho should be able to score a few points. Just can't see the Ducks getting up for this game.
