NEED A NEW DRIVERS LICENSE OR TOP CREDIT RATING????

Thought I would share some information with my friends here at Madjacks on how to do this. It is not totally "lawful" but if you do it right you can't get in any trouble. I got a DWI about 5 yrs ago and I did this to get a new license with the DMV (a friend of mine helped me out with it at the time). I have shared this info with many of my friends who have gotten DWI's, and needed a new license as well

. It works every time....

1. You need to have a judge legally change your name (This can easily be done by either hiring a lawyer or petitioning the court). I just changed mine to first and middle. The judge issued me a court order for my records with my name change on it. Judges usually want a reason for an individual to change your name and I said my reason was that "kneifl" was hard to pronounce.

2. Get a passport once you have your name changed (they will want you to mail in a copy of the court order).

3. Get a new social security card with your new name (they will want you to mail in a copy of the court order). The social security administration will do this for you - no questions asked. It takes about a week to get it in the mail.

4. Guess what, you just lost your wallet - not really though

. Your social security card was in there though with some other stuff as well. Call up the cops and say that it was stolen. I said that mine was stolen out of my locker at a local gym - any place will do though. Use your pasport as photo ID for the cops it proves who you are and you don't carry your passport around in your wallet

....

5. Get a copy of the police report.

6. Send a copy of the police report to the Social Security Administration, you want to have your social security number changed because you are afraid someone else might use it. By law, the SSA has to change your social security number.

7. Now you have a passport with your changed name, social security card with your changed name, and a new SS# also.

8. Go down to the DMV and say you want to get a license and you have never had one before in your life. Some states require you to go to driving school for 2 wks and get a learners permit for 4 months before getting a drivers license. Some states do not such as Pennsylvania and a few others. Anyway, yeah driving school is childish but then again so is no drivers license, or a suspended drivers license, or a bad driving record with ultra high insurance rates, or bad credit

.

9. Go take your drivers license and get it with your passport and social security card as your major forms of Identification.

10. Okay, you've now got a drivers license with a perfect driving record, great credit - which is almost always tracked by your SS# - last name - and drivers license number ??I think?? I have never had credit problems.

11. Next, go have a judge change your name back to what it was originally. Say that you want it changed to your moms maiden name because she raised you or something like that. They don't care and will change it

. You might not want to do this (changing your name back to what it was originally) if you don't want to be tracked for your credit. Go to the DMV and have them change your drivers license back to your old name, which they will do so for a $5-10 fee. Show them the court order and your license (that is all the Identification they will want from you)and they will do so without being able to track it at all, everything is done with DL #'s at the DMV and they will just want to see your license and the court order.

Now you're set!!!! No bad driving record, no suspended license, and no bad credit.

Their are flaws in the system and this is what you might want to call a GREY area.

Some of you might also call it identity fraud, but hey whatever works huh???
