Trying something new tonight!!! I will set the lines to what i think they should be for Fri. NBA games---

New York---Indiana----MY line----Indiana-7.5----total-----189.5

Golden St.---Washington----Washington-5.5---total---190

Seattle--Boston----Boston-8.5 ---total----197.5

Sacramento--Orlando----Orlando-4.5---total 207-

Houston--Denver---Denver-2-----total--194.5

Memphis--Los Angelos--------Lakers--17.5----total----207

I have not looked at any lines--I will make my plays off the real lines!!!! And i will determine wether to "trust the book or not"---

I always look at the games first before I see a line as well and decide what I think the line should be. I think that's a very good strategy to use. Good luck on the games.

After setting the line and getting the actual lines--i have come up with my plays... A few games i will trust the book and a few i will trust my own line!!!

Game1---Knicks---Pacers-----I thought this line would be 7.5--since on one hand we have the Pacers---playing well-and shooting great!!! and on the other we have the Knicks--there defense has not been as good as in the past!! but this is a game in which i will trust the book!!! These 2 teams match-up well and I think Knicks toughness keeps them in it!!!! FInal play---KNicks+5.5-----KNicks-Pacers game under 187.5

Game 2----Boston--Seattle---Seattle will be playing their 4th road game this week---their energy will be tested, Due to Fatique i belive there is more of a chance we will see Seatlle--miss more free-throws--shots---and not look to run as much!!!--Boston a jump-shooting team, has some active guys on "D"!!! Look for this game to be in the 90's--- Final play---BOston--Seattle game under--199.5---This line should be a few pts lower... I will trust my line in this one!!!

Game 3----Lakers--Memphis-----This is a game that features many mismatches!!! No one in the NBA can guard Shaq or Kobe--and add the fact that the Grizzlies struggle at the defensive end!!! Lakers will put up big numbers tonight!!! Memphis---out-matched do have some guys that can score. Battier shoots the ball well, Dickerson--Williams will be looking to get out and run getting open-court oppurtunties without Shaq in the middle!!! Fianl play---Laker--Memphis game over 205---I believe this line should be 207---Prediction--L.A.---114---Memphis--98

When I make my descisions--i have noticed Feel is the number 1 component!! IT is natural to look at the board and find a reason why we should bet it!!! But i believe that throughout the long season--we must try new approaches!!! Normally i observe the lines and write down my first instinct and Why? i am leaning to a side or total!!! Than I read what everyone on this site likes and why?? Some guys i will examine more closely if they have good info.--what i mean is---I do not consider last years trend on a team good info..--because of the new rosters and rules... However--if somone gives me a stat like in the last 10 years Phil Jackson's team covers 75% of the time on the first game of a long road trip---This has some signifigance!!! Humans are a creature of habit--and this trend has correlation with the Coach---(i did not say the lakers)--i said Phil Jackson!!!--Maybe he plays his better players more on the first game!! this is not a true trend---just and Example!!! but this is the type of info. i am talking about!!!--I'm sure everyone on the Forum has played basketball and we all have certain guys that always seem to have our number or their are guys that we always seem to dominate!!! Find these types of trends!!--After this i then go to 5 different local books---2 of them i respect--what i mean is that if everyone in the place is taking the Lakers tonight -16.5--and the line is not moving then this would lead me to believe that Memphis would cover!!! I come across these games 2 or 3 times a week and although i do not have any written % on how much it covers, i do know when i play a game that follows this theory--i am certain i made money at it!!! This is just 1 theory i have--out of many!!! BUt the bottom line is everyone will lose at some pt.. no matter how good a theory might be!!! I have many games that fall into my theory's but the ultimate descision is feel_!!!! Good luck---HAd a subpar day yesterday--but if anyone has been following me and playing some game i suggest--then after a 1-3 night--today might be a good day to JUMp ON_---
