Guys i see the adjusted series price is now Angels -130 and Sox +110. Sox didn't deserve to win game 1 and the angels bullpen preserved the win for byrd last night. I still like the sox to win the series and at +110 it looks like a good bet. Buerhle should get them back on track tonight and hopefully they'll be able to manufacture runs, ie lay down a sacrifice, don't get caught stealing multiple times a game, make correct defensive plays. whats everyone opinions on this series? i thought before it would be sox in 6 and i'm gonna stick with that pick.

Well i have the Angels for the series pretty big,and i will just stand pat with my play for now.Huge win last night by the Angels.I predicted the Angels in 6.If the Halos win tonight i might have to say in 5 (lol). Angels are red hot 18-4 in there last 22.Angels have beaten the Sox 5 in a row now.Plus there is so much playoff experience on this team, they know what October is all about. This is just a guess, but i would say there are at least 10 players from the 2002 world series team on this roster.Plus throw in Finley,Cabrera and Rivera and you got plenty of playoff experience on this team. The intangible for me is the managers,i would take Mike Scioscia over Ozzie Guillen anyday of the week.

Ozzie Guillen  :bigun:

I like the Sox in this series. They didnt execute at all yesterday and they had some hard hit balls right at people. I feel that they were a little rusty since they had more time off in between series then they have had since the All Star break. The Sox will execute better the rest of this series, you can count on that. I feel that they have too much starting pitching for the Angels to win. There bullpens are a wash and their offense is very comparable as well. You must remember that the Sox play better on the road posting a 52-29 record on the regular season. If they win tonight it is just like a 5 game series in which they are the road team. I like the Sox in 6.
