Well I won the 1600 with Serena yesterday,
and today I hit 1500 with North Carolina
-1.5 .

I am playing with reckless abandon right now.

Money for Super Bowl burning a hole in my pocket.

Its been last summer I had this exact same scenario with Roger Federer. He was playing Nadal and I mistakenly played Nadal and lost as Roger
played hard and steady to win.

Roger has beaten Speedy 9 straight times.

He knows this guy.

Speedy will not endure. Even if Roger loses the first set, which I doubt, Speedy is going to get
the big enchilada .

It seems simple enough

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner !

63 minutes to win the match.

I hate it when its that easy.

Can gonzalez take a set?

For people interested in a 3-1 outcome my opinion is that Gonzalez to win the first set is a better option. Firstly it pays better.
Then there's the fact that in his last 2 matches he destroyed Nadal and Haas in the first sets. Both Nadal and Haas got better at trying to deal with Gonzalez as the matches went on but could find no answer to the explosive power in their first sets. If Federer is to drop a set, it's most likely he'll do it in the very first one, assuming he's cautious or slow to find an answer to the (new?) Gonzalez game.
On the minus side, both sets Gonzalez won have been the second ones vs Fed, Fed looked extraterrestial against Roddick, and they've played so many times perhaps Federer knows Gonzalez's game too well.
On the plus side Gonzalez has looked extraterrestial too, and Baghdatis managed to take the first set last year.

I dont know about taking anyone in the first set.

Thats too much of a crapshooter.

I would rather pick the winner.

I dont know about taking anyone in the first set.

Thats too much of a crapshooter.

Hardly a crap shoot.
Only 2 outcomes to the roll.
Also a crapshoot has evenly distributed outcome probabilities.
At odds of +300, I'd be happy to be in that kind of crapshoot.

I don't think it's a crap shoot, and I'm not eager to take on Federer in any way.
I still might though.

I would rather pick the winner.

And who's gonna win this one? :)

p.s I know what you are saying btw. That you prefer to pick the strongest competitor to emerge victorious and aren't concerned about internal flip flops of the game. By hook or by crook.

It don't pay better if it loses .:142smilie :SIB

The first set is very important to Roger and he knows it. He cannot let Speedy win the first set and have a possiblity of piling it on.

Roger dominates and brings Speedy down to earth.

When this play is over, I will meet you on 444 Glory Rd, it runs right off 777 Victory Lane, and
that is where I live.
