What is the best way for a US player to withdraw from Sports Interaction?

for usa players i am guessing check, but best to contact them:

Thanks I wanted to make sure U.S. players could get a check from them.

I always got a check.. Check was at my doorstep in Wisconsin in a couple days.
Never any problem.

Site says they don't accept U.S. customers.

no new usa players thanks to the usa gov't, but if you were a member last year you would be grandfathered in.

all non-usa players are welcome.

Thanks been using them for years, so I guess I was grandfathered in. Just haven't withdrawn since the "new rules" hoping it still worked.
