They have graded a play that was a winner as a loss. The play was yesterday and after numerous phone calls and discussion via live chat, they still have not corrected it.

Thanks IE. I was going to email you this morning as it still was not corrected from a game two days ago. However, I just saw they corrected it (finally) and wanted to thank you for the offer and let others know it was corrected. Always check the grading at any book. It happens. Especially on the events that are not popular and may not get as much action.

My disappointmant with them was that since it was their mistake, it should have been corrected more promptly. Also they were shifting the burden of proof on me asking for links to prove my claim. The NHL period by period scores are available so readily that they shouldn't require that information. Then the customer service person was saying that I played a particular team over the total for the period, not the combined score. They don't even offer individual team scoring by periods and he should have realized that if he is going to work there and field those types of questions.

Anyway, it was corrected eventually. I'm going to write it off as one instance that did occur the the day before the busiest betting day of the year. Just glad it was finally corrected.
