I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten a payout from them and how it went, generally speaking. It seems like it may be almost impossible. To start, they ask me for a PIN number that came with my welcome email. (I actually FOUND my welcome email some FIVE YEARS AGO and it had NO PIN.) So, they have a simple form to fill out to get my PIN emailed to me immediately. It IS very, very simple and I know I made no mistakes. What happens? ZERO reply. NO PIN # ever sent to me. (I filled out the form perfectly TWICE - at least.) So, of course, I CANNOT proceed AT ALL to even attempt to get a payout!
They cut me down on my maximum play to ONE-SIXTH (1/6) of what it WAS with NO warning. I asked them to reconsider and they wouldn't. This is now not even my MINIMUM play!! Mind you, I've never made ONE withdrawal in so many years of having an account there.
I have emailed them as to what hoops I must jump through to get a payout. Oddly (??!), they quickly replied to me when I asked for an increase in my MAXIMUM wager allowed (NOT A CHANCE) but ZERO, yes ZERO reply when I asked how to get a PAYOUT and WHAT I had to do. SO, I have NO PIN # and cannot proceed and get NO reply on email re payouts. I don't hear well on the phone and don't like using it anyway (for a few reasons).
NOW, when trying to balance from today, I see the WEBSITE IS DOWN until MONDAY AFTERNOON with ZERO warning. I so wonder if it is DOWN for everyone. Paranoid? Yeah, maybe, but I think it's gonna be nearly impossible for me to EVER get a payout and I detest it all.
