I saw a recent post about their payouts. My story is even worse, except for the fact that the amount of money that I am talking about is so insignificant that I am walking away. They took money from a VISA card that never made it into my account. After dealing with this for over a week, I was told through a chat today that my account would be credited, along with a bonus. When is was not credited within 30 minutes, I called and the person that I talked to wanted me to repeat the entire story and when I told him that he should have access to all the information he bascially refused to help. I do admit that I showed my anger, but it just was not worth me spending any more time other than to share my experience so that hopefully none of you have to go through the same.

Even in today's world, processors make mistakes. There are several exchanges made prior to your account being credited by different entities.
Take a deep breath, give them a call back and I assure you this will be resolved.
