Sportsbook.com Problem

Check this problem out that I have with these clowns.

Sportsbook had "in running 2nd quarters" posted during the game.

First I placed a bet on Friday at 8:59 pm for the following:

9) BET ID=258757846
Straight Wager 10/17/08 20:59 ET
bet 10.00 to win 6.90 Result: Wager Lost

xHawaii2Q 7
xBoiseState2Q 7 10/17/08(23:59 ET)
xBoiseState2Q -3.5 (-145)

Of course they counted it as a loss because the team did not cover. NO problem.

So, SIX minutes later I see Hawaii is threatning.
So I bet the following :

8) BET ID=258758464
Straight Wager 10/17/08 21:05 ET
bet 130.00 to win 100.00 (paid 130.0) Result: No Action

Over 13.5 (-130)

It looks like they are going to score - So, 3 minutes later I double my bet.

Well, if you see the game went over 13.5 in the 2nd quarter - but SPORTSBOOK counted it as NO ACTION.

They emailed me back and said that it was posted too long during the game. And that's my fault ?

So - when they win it's NO ACTION - but when I lose it counts as a loss .

They should have voided ALL bets - not just the winning ones.

I know it's only $10 - but it's the principle.
