Used them because it was easy to deposit through, what a mistake. Been waiting for a withdrawl now for three weeks, plus last night I unregistered for a poker tournament, never got my money back. Sent them two emails and a phone call, finally got a email back that I was credited for the tournament refund (WRONG). I had given them the tourney #, time, etc... They come back with some tournament from a couple days ago saying that was the credit, what a joke. Now I am googling problems with them and come back with several sites saying thousands of people are not getting paid, only select people that managers choose. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOK!
