I am with YouWager and BetPop...both first fidelity books.
BetPop has enhanced odds for parlays so that is a good place if you play alot of multiple team parlays.
You can read on their site re: promotions but, they do offer twice per year cash back on losses and have a loyalty program. They also have a bonus calendar that gets you a bonus on specific days of the year.
FYI...I find that the lines posted are the same for each book so there is no line-shoping between the two.
I can recommend each and have never had a payout issue although their cc processor is down somewhat often.
