Anyone else having problems getting SI to load? Haven't been able to get it up for about 3 hours.

Why do work on your servers on a Saturday afternoon?! Isn't that what the middle of the night is for?
Can anyone who uses SI tell me if they think things have been a little out of whack lately with the book?
I've been using them for the past 11 months and have been very pleased, but lately things have been happening that haven't in my past experiences. For one thing, their server seems to be going down a lot lately. Another thing is that normally when I withdraw funds, I get an email from SIA pretty much instantaneously confirming it. I withdrew some money last week and it took 4 days just to get a confirmation email from SIA about it! I know it's no big deal but it's out of character for them from what I've previously seen. I know when other books have gone down I've read there were small indications leading up to it. Is anyone else noticing stuff with SIA lately or is it just me?
