Do Not Use Sportsinteraction
I've been with them for 5 years.
a few months ago I started playing poker with them as well.
I play poker in my leisure time, for fun (TEXAS HOLDEM) last week
they closed my poker/sports account saying that I was involved
in some kind of poker ring/fraud which is a joke in its self as they
have been taking my leisure poker money for months. (there is a ton of poker sites to play at) But that isnt even the kicker, they also closed my sportsbook account with $255.00 dollars worth of future bets tied up in it.
well I spent two days on the phone with them getting the same answers
one person said they would pay my future sports bets if I win (CHEYENNE) and then they email something else, Im truly pissed first off because I aint involved in any fraud.... second off because they said they reserve the right to close my account at anytime well thats fine but pay me back my money that I placed into your service if your not gonna let me play, I will tell you this I have archived all my future bets, and I will use this thread to vent if anyone of them win and I dont receive the winnings. I want to make sure everyone knows what kind of service you get at SPORTSINTERACTION.
WHATS funny is they said they would have a manager call me back, guess what they never did, then they pretended like they were the manager only to say I will have a manager call you back at the end of the call, once again no call back.

half these bets prob wont even pan out, but some may and for them to freeze my sportsbook on there assumption on my poker account is crazy.
First I will be the first one to say show me some evidence showing I defrauded them in anyway, Ill show you some evidence they took my money for the last two months, 2nd what does that have to do with my sportsaccount, and my future bets which should be paid, I did argue over this and finally got Cheyenne to say the future sports bets would be paid if they won, only to receive an email from perry saying the contrary which is quite humorous should one of these bets win, and it is highly likely one will. I will surely goto court for the simple fact that they are prob doing this to others and since I have won the lottery in the past I have the financial means to take them to court should I win in court though they would have to pay back my financial fees that it would cost me to have to take them to court in the first place. I would say if I did win whoever else they have done this to, and Like i said Im sure they have done it to someone else, The judge may have them crack there books open, I never signed anything saying they could have my money for free. (even if they have a close my account clause somewhere) they still have to send my money back. this will be a fun ride that I will def update for everyone.
if they do me wrong this could be some fun, Im going to call in the next few days and ask permission to show the emails that I have recieved from them. Just to make sure they dont care if I post there emails to me, I want everyone to see the nonsense they have written.
AND I GRANT PERMISSION to PERRY (FRAUD DEPARTMENT) to post all my emails to him and to sia becuase this is totally wrong.
my suggestion to all is to use any other sportsbook but sia
and if anyone else has had any BAD EXPERIENCES with this sports book, let the world know here.
