man 75 points in the first two preseason games? What do you all think of this? I know its early, but Danny Weurful looks like he did at Florida all the sudden. I think the Redskins may be alot better this year than anyone thinks. Especially when you consider that their defense is generally considered better than their offense (saturday was a poor showing though). I think the Redskins just may be the surprise team that goes deep in the playoffs this year. Hell if someone can stop Spurrier from passing, they have one of the best tailbacks in the league in Stephen Davis, so they can just run the hell out the ball if they have to.
What is your unbias opinion of where you think that the Redskins will end up?

I think they will have at least 10 wins.

Should playout something like this:

PHI: 11-5
WAS: 10-6
NYG: 7-9
DAL: 5-11

Is my prediction...

I looked over the schedule and I can only find about 8 wins, maybe 9 if they could get their QB situation straight. They really need someone other than Wuerful, Matthews and Rosenfels. I think that Davis is solid, but only 8 wins solid.

I can't help myself here, with some skeptisim......

So long as the Redskins offense gets to face the fourth-string Carolina defense and a bunch of rejects from the 49ers who will soon be selling used cars in Florida in a few weeks, I'm sure they'll continue to pull the wool over our eyes and make people think this team really has a chance to win the NFC East.

Go Spurrier Go! Your NFL welcome party begins September 9th.

should be interesting when the skins revisit S.F., at 9ers, after what Mariucci (sp) thought was a classless display in the their preseason contest.

i'm not a spurrier fan.

Yeah! What ever happened to those 3 hour defensive struggles that end 3-0. Those are a hell of a lot more exciting for the fans to watch!..Errrrrrrrr

I'll stick with Steve during the preseason but defineltly fade during regular. Last year Vikings kicked butt but lost to Carolina on opening day despite being favored +- 13 pts
