I had it capped as a lean to the under, but I've split on the Suns in the last couple of games. I didn't play an under I leaned towards which hit and lost a play on the under when they soared over.
I think it depends on who dictates tempo. The Spurs can play defense while I'm not sure the Suns feel they have to, just outscore you.
How much of a factor is Tim Duncan in the Spurs defensive
scheme?
With him not being in the middle, the Suns might be able
to score alot easier, meaning the Spurs got to play the
same run and gun style to keep up.
You are probably right. I mostly look at numbers and then ATS trends for my plays. Then I use my gut to eliminate from there. The numbers and trends probably don't mean much without Duncan in the game.
For what it's worth, my lean is based on my total being 200 and the trends pointing to an under situation for San Antonio. Trends for Puh-hoe-nix lean neither way. You could read that as Duncan making a difference on what to play.
