1. The team is spelled "Niagara" like Niagara Falls not like Viagra.
2. Niagara is not that good, an average MAAC team. My numbers have St Johns as ten points better.
St. John's is 11-1 vs. Niagara in their L12, Niagara's last win vs St John's in the Gallagher Center was in 1970 when future NBA star Calvin Murphy was Niagara's top gun.
Only thing to be careful of here is that Niagara is very tough at home: 296-120 (71%) at Gallagher Center since it was opened in 1949.
FWIW Manhattan is pretty good this year. In that loss, St John's leading scorers Glover and Hatten couldn't buy a basket (they shot a combined 7/26 from the field). But Hatten has been having trouble all season, hitting just 30% from the field. But that hasn't stopped him from taking shots, he's averaging 17 shots/game.
I think St John's should run their record to 12-1 vs Niagara in their L13 but as you note the Red Storm's poor shooting will keep me off of this one.
