Stay away from MVP my warning

Just opened account ..... now try to collect some winning .......problem again......used 900 phone funded my account there .......now they ask for copy of my 1) picture id 2) phone bill copy .......and 3) statement from who own the phone and 4) signature of the statement ......may be 5) another pic id who own that phone number ......i said f*** ........ shit .........really bad service and policy ......totally no privacy for their customers.....this really joepardise your relationships with your family....friends....or business associates......if you think this ok....if you want all this BS.......go ahead.......i will close my account soon ....highly recommend to stay away from this book ............i know the ladies on the phone ......if they reading this post ......this for you :thefinger bitchs..... ask manager no manager .....ask supervisor no supervisor .... email them wait for hours .....sometime might take few days to get respond ...... what the hell !!!!!!!! Now if you wagering in internet ......you need more than a computer .......you also need scanner ....copy mach.....fax mach.....keep all your bills to prove your addreass and know how to send those files to your bookie :moon:

WSEX sometime was sucks but still better service and solid than MVP only OLY never have any problem ...................want to open another account for this baseball season ..........any recommendation ? thanks guy

You come here and bash WSEX and MVP, two books that I've never even heard a complaint about and I've sent them 100's if not 1000's of players.

Books need ID from players so they don't get scammed and they get scammed all the time. When you walk into a bank you need ID, why can't sportsbooks that are 1000's of miles away from you have a little ID before sending out money? Jesus, man, follow the rules and you'll get paid.

There's NEVER even been a slow pay complaint from either of those books. Both books are about as solid as they come.

If you ever have a REAL problem with a book and you gave madjacks as the referring site and you need help, email me and I'll handle it right away.

1- you must have used madjacks as the referring site.
2- you have to send me your account ID.

they not only ask my picture ID , they want phone bill , signture and the person who own that phone's picture ID , all those thing i have to fax to them ....is that too much ? ask for manager not manager , you want that email , they sent it to me :nono:

you used a 900# to make your deposit. the phone is not in your name. don't you think the book would want to make sure you have permission to make that charge since it's so easy to cancel 900 charges when you didn't make the call? the book is protecting themselves. i don't think they are being unreasonable at all.

Neteller's site was down , so i used 900 charge .I will never use it again . By the way , they dont know who own the phone . They already ask for phone bill , after i talked to second girl , then they ask ID , signature , and a note too .........so ..... if they dont trust me . i dont trust them . that all . Final word ....WSEX and MVP got nothing to do with slow pay , i complained about their withdrawal policy and bad customer service . Going through all this , it did take me few more days before i can get my own money . May be business going so well , they dont care about their customers no more . But thanks for your help jack .

I've used MVP and also have tried there 900 pay. Yes they ask for a picture ID along with a copy of your phone bill. Not a detailed view, just something that says your name and so on. This is also an agreement with navahonetworks (the 900 carrier) that they have to send them. I use my own phone # so if the phone you used isnt yours you really cant complain if they want ID of the person who uses the phone. I've never had a problem with MVP but their customer service is so / so.

KGB , the MVP asked me for authorization note , thats not right . By the law , this matter only between two parties buyer and seller . Whos the buyer , me . Whos the seller , 900 charge . So only 900 charge have the right to ask for authorization note , not MVP . Becuase 900 charge send them the money , not me . But MVP had the right to request a copy of my phone bill to prove the money from the right phone account . If MVP had any problem receiving the money , they contact 900 charge . So if 900 charge had problem getting the money from me , they have the right to cancel the charge or take legal action against me . Still nothing to do with MVP . MVP had no right to ask customers for their own phone account authorization note , because this purchase between me and 900 charge only . MVP should ask their lawyer , Am i right ?

it's NOT YOUR PHONE, so it's NOT YOUR CHARGE and the book wants proof that it's okay with THE OWNER OF THE PHONE NUMBER.

BOOK IS COVERING THEIR ASS AND HAVE A RIGHT TO DO SO.

you could have been in some stranger's house, for all the book knows, and used their phone without permission. what do you think would happen? the people would refuse to honor the 900 charge and the 900 people would not honor the charge with the book. get real, man. you have no case.
