that is WAYYYY too much for what it was. I think he can/will win back some it (ownership?) in court of law, if decides go that route, even though you hafta imagine there is some clause in the contract of purchasing a team that would include morality clause that NBA could come down hard on. even still, don't believe punishment fit infraction --and I hesitate to say crime, as is not criminal, in my opinion what he said, thought. not condoning his thought process - don't get me wrong - but wayyy too much for simply being taken to cleaners by scheming broad.

The guy is a POS has always been a hater. I think the message is loud and clear. He has no fight in a court room. There is an NBA constitution in which he has broken the rules of conduct many times before but Stern looked the other way. Not in 2014. I do agree that him being taped unknowingly without his consent and it being sold by that slut is another issue.
