I think he's saying when they are playing well they get the breaks and when they aren't, the ball doesn;t bounce their way. Kind of a roundabout quote but no different than thousands of other cliches spewed by athletes every day.

Yeah, because we all know Francis is always getting in trouble and doing drugs, hanging with Janikowski. He's on the Blazers right?
