Ya they have sure stunk it up..huh? They are definetly not the same...I am just not sold on Marquis and Suppan being playoff pitchers. Capenter is all they have. Still have the offense though, but that's not what usually wins playoff games. I'd love to see the Mets do well in postseason, but they need to find one other stud starter first...that Maine kid they have possibly..you never know??
OOPS! Whenever you start counting your chickens, the other team comes roaring back! People don't believe in jinxes, but why take the chance. The Cards made a statement alright! They are a struggling team that may not make the playoffs! Their bullpen is as bad as any. Isringhausen has 8 blown saves this year.
