I believe it was you who posted in the initial Wager Tracker thread that you play to always risk the same amount regardless of Fav or Dog. As a result you had to back out the units in order for the calculation to be figured out correctly.

I recently discovered that you do not need to do this. ODDS can be used instead of the $ line and the same result is accomplished.

Example:

Play -150 favorite to risk 1 unit (assume 1 unit = $100).

I believe you currently are putting down .67 units in order to W/L to be calculated correctly.

Try this: Put 67 in as money line with 1 unit played. W/L calculations should be the same as above. This way all your 1 unit plays will be caculated under the unit tracker.

Formula to figure odds:

100 divided by -(Money line) times 100

ie : 100/-(-150) x 100 = 100/150 x 100 = .67 x 100 = 67

This is also explained in version 2.0 which is soon to be released. Parlay players will love some of the new enhancements....

Looking forward to the new version, and that is good to know. Thanks. I stopped using the old version because it became a bit of a pain randomly putting in numbers to "back it out" for the right amount for the way I bet. The usual stuff like -120 or -150 was fine, but when you start doing stuff like -122 or -152 it got tough to get it right. Thanks for the update, Phoenix.

There is a calculator right there in the new version that will convert the line to odds for you. If you go to 3 places (xx.x) the calculation should be accurate.
