I have seen this in other World Cups. In fact in the notes I took 4 years ago this theory worked pretty well. After watching a couple days and then playing the last few days I am ready to post it. This could turn on a dime but I know the better cappers here at MJ's are off to a rough start so I figured I would chime in with this theory.
If a team is from Europe take em in the group stage. What form or fashion you play them is up to you. I won't be laying much more than -150 myself. I like dogs getting more than one goal more than ML personally. Fade teams from South America. Historically they have struggled in European Cups and playing in Russia is about as far east as you can get.
Other things I have noticed...play under in Asian games and South American games...Play over when two Euro type teams play each other...not as convinced with the totals theory but the sides have panned out pretty well thus far. I will continue it today...Sweden has already kicked off but if you want it I'm sure you can grab it live or at the half.
