Funny I came across this thread. I just completed filing a complaint with the fcc against Comcast. One of the worst fucking company's on the planet.

The Comcast employees in this video are unconscionable jerks or idiots for stubbornly proceeding according to some bare minimum standards when ALL the facts and circumstances without exception demonstrated that much more was required for reasons of public safety.
