So Bama +1.5 over UL Laf *** So Bama ML +105 **
Having had the opportunity of seeing all these Sun Belt teams from row 3,4 or 5 when they played Tex St I have an advantage I think. Its the " seeing eye method of Handicapping " Unfortunately I think it gives me an advantage but in reality probably doesn't because other wise I would never lose and I do lose.
THe 3 top teams I saw come into San Marcus and played Tex St were So Bama, UL Laf and So Miss. I didn't see Marshall . Of all the teams I thought So Bama was the best team. Think So Miss had the most talent but Bama was the most well coached disciplined team. I made a prop bet before the tournament that So Bama would win the Sun Belt. I was considering hedging the Jags tonight and getting a split or 2/3 automatic pay out. But it always seems when I hedge a play my original play always wins and cover so not doing it today. At every game I go to I sit near the visiting teams bench. I sit many times with the parents of the visiting teams.
I am going to read my notes on the So Bama game and if someone found these notes only I could understand them. The Rosetta stone was easier to read.
Moore number 4.. lightning quick outstanding handle 6'1 190 solid. Top pt gd in the conf. Has a quick release on shot. Penetrates and dishes. Court awareness a 10. Fastest and quickest player in the gym > Tex cannot stop his dribble penetration . Kevin Samuel no 21. OMG 7'0 260 pounds Black beard and a lefty. Looks around 7'3 and is agile and led the B-12 in blocked shots before he transferred. Nice soft lefty move uses the glass nice drop step. Big time shot blocker. Harrell had to alter his shot on his drives, Ceaser had 3 of his shots put in row 6 and row 10. Fly swatter blocks A force inside. Best big man in the Sun Conf by far Was named yesterday Sun Belt Def POY . Parham 6'3 leading scorer for Jags has the best form of any jump shooter and when watching the warmups he hit swishes from all over. And he didn't do anything in the game. Had a few points.
I could go on and on and on and bore everyone. I do break down every team I see. I make quick notes ie.. White is a 6'6 2 gd that can shoot And he is white,, Franklin a 6'2 skinny gd that can shoot etc
Have the same notes on U Laf. Brown is 6'11 and dominates the paint.
ULaf won both games this year vs So Bama 74-64 where Brown outplayed Samuel Brown had 28 pts 11 bds to samuels 9 pts and 4 bds.
So Bama was seeded 8th and already upset the No 1 seed and 3rd seed Think today even though they are the underdog and have lost 2 times to UL Laf straight up think the knock off the ragin Cagins today The game is on ESPN
Hofstra --7.5 over UC Wilma ****
Eastrada and co in a double digit win . This kid is probably the best player in the Metro NYC area. He is 6'4 and can pass and score. He was the CAA POY last year. and is partner is another 6;6 gd Dunbar who can score Wilma in trouble today.
StMarys +7 over BYU ***
Its lent season ..Catholic schools are always ats winners vs Morman schools in march... Its when Mary plays another Catholic Jesuit school Gonzaga when they have trouble . mea culpa if I lose these games today Mea cupla in latin is " my bad" forgive me good luck to everyone today
