Box, I had a really strong reaction to shot 2. I had the vaccine shot at 9: am, by 1: pm, it started: chills and a fever over 101 that lasted into the evening. I had no desire to move, or even communicate with my wife. I felt really bad. I couldn't stop shaking for at least 3-4 hours. My wife wanted me to take tylenol, but didn't have the energy to sit up or even swallow. It was over by the next day, but really took 2 days to get back to normal. A friend sent me an email that said that type of reaction was actually good. It showed my body was responding to the vaccine. Good luck.

Dog lover nooooooooooo I just had the 2nd shot in Dove Springs,, in east austin My daughter had a fever after the 2nd shot but I have heard many have had a reaction like you with the 2nd shot. I guess will wait and see.. They told us everyone reacts differently to the 2nd shot. If you have a higher IQ you have less of a chance of a reaction. If you graduated from U of Texas like you ,you might even have more of a reaction. lol:mj07: If you graduated from North Texas State and scored over 900 on your SAT's you should have no symptoms what so ever.. if you went to a Catholic HS and public university and was an altar boy growing up and could still remember your Latin Prayers not only will you have no reaction to the c-19 vaccine but are guaranteed a seat next to St Peter..unfortunately dog lover you are a baptist I think
How are you doing ? Miss you at the Texas games. Shacka almost lost the Kansas St game .. think they were 4-34 from the 3 in the Ok St game.. unreal Hope all is well with you.. its cold here today with some ice...
when this is all over we'll get together ... hope you and your wife are doing well ..enjoy seeing the Tex St games in San Marcus.. Maybe about 200 fans there,, I caught the t-shirt throw and got the pizza hut give away.
You take care my daughter said she felt like a truck hit her..lasted only 24 hours.

I see your post was at about 4:pm, you are probably safe from reaction. Not Baptist, but baptized in Methodist church, now attend Catholic church as my wife is Catholic. She attended Catholic schools all her life and is now on church council, so I'm in with the priests.
I miss attending the bb games, but keep up on the tv or radio. Hopefully back next year. Peace be with you! Good luck

Box,
In discussing vaccine with my Doctor today, they are starting to see a pattern. It seems the older you
are - the less reaction/side effects you have. He had patients in their 80's with no reaction. Yet he had
staff member in her 30's out of work for two days.

My 75 year old neighbor- zippo. Good luck
