Sun MAAC.USA conf games Friday

No games today .. still upset that UMass had its top scorer out and pt gd for the Fordham game. The line dropped from -13 to -10 but wasn't around to see it..
I capped all these games and will explain them tomorrow.
These were my lines because I like to capp the game and then see what the lines are.
Here goes Going tomorrow to the Tex St -UALR and again to the saturday game Should really get a better read on saturdays game since I get to see the 1st game..
These are my lines and tomorrow morning will see what the real lines are. then study them again and make my plays. I hope I'm not embarrassing myself because sometimes I'm way off Of course checking injuries alters some plays.

Texas St -3 over Ark LR
FIU -1 over UTSA
Coastal -3 over So Bama
UTA - 7 over UL Monroe
Troy -2 over Ga So
North Texas -4 over La Tech
MAAC
Monmouth -3 over Manhattan
Rider -2 over Canisisus
Iona -1 over Marist

Back tomorrow with the real lines Had trouble with the MAAC games . I sometimes get the lines perfect and then pass on the game depending on if visiting team has a good pt gd. Ark LR has a NYC 5'8 pt gd I love but these guys played each other already and last yr I don't think he had a good game in San Marcus. Should get a good read on saturdays game since I get to watch fridays game vs the same team..

ARK LR +3 over Tex St ***
Tx St already beat them 67-56 and 63-59 a few weeks ago away. But Tx st is coming off a terrible loss vs LAF after leading by 1 , with the ball and 4 seconds on the clock. How do you lose a game like that and how do you recover. I like Newell the 5'8 Ark pt gd.. Inside they have Maric who is 6'10 and one of the best defenders in the conf in 6'10 Monyyoung who controls the paint . Last yr they won the Sun conf and have everyone back. But Tx st already beat them 2 times this year away.. Tx St has no front line bench. Sule is a flip a coin player.. Heads he plays great,tails he is lost in space. Harrell the pt gd is the key He had 25 pts the other day vs Laf but this afternoon he has another 5'8 partner guarding him in Newell . Tex has trouble scoring.. For 3 seasons they had Pearson who was their scorer. But he is gone and really nobody has stepped up .Asberry is instant offense and davis is a solid passer.. Coupert the 6'7 gd had some big games early on in the season for Ark .. But Ark should pound the ball inside to Maric and Moneyyoung ..Think this should be a close game and I'll grab the FG and half pts.

UTSA +3.5 over FIU ****
Roadrunners starting ti get their act together winning 3 of last 4.. FIU had lost 6 or 7 in a row but won last game. Jivan will be to much for FIU to stop.. Think Roadrunners could win outright

North Texas -4.5 over La Tech ***
NT at home. They have Hamlet at the pt ,play solid defense ..think Mean green send Bulldogs home with a loss

UTA -9 over UL Monroe ***
UL cannot score or play defense. That is why they have lost 7 or 8 straight games.. Mavs jump all over them.. Cajuns are for real ..



Troy +1 over Ga So **
Coastal +1 over So Bama ***
they already beat them by 13 and 16..




La Laf -3 over Ark St ****
After seeing them both times last week as an underdog who stops Russell and Wilson and inside Gueye and Akuwuba ...

37-24. Tex st. Ark cannot play defense. Tex ball movement tex scored about 10 pts under basketball contested. Halftime line -11 for game. Think Tex has their number. Newell trying to much. Turning it over. Forcing plays. So sloppy Tex seems more disciplined and in control. Lean on Tex st -11. Maric the big kid got 3 early fouls. But looks like texas is hustling better jumping better and they look a lot sharper

Arks best player is still not playing. Score 51-37. He is not sitting with the team on the bench Unreal. Something must of happened at half time
