YTD 45-47-1.

Slide continues. Below .500 at the end of the day for the first time all season. Carrying on, however, for your fading pleasure:

Syracuse +10 over West Virgina. Believe it or not, I have picked against the 'Neers in each of their last four games. And, I actually have a winning 3-1 record doing it. Might as well keep on keeping on, then. Fact is, in each of the last 10 games in this series, the Orange have been the favored team (technically, last year was a pick), but now the oddsmakers have WVA laying heavy chalk. Some say, well someone must know something. I say prove it, and I'm willing to risk some dough fading it. The Orange should have enough offense to stay with the always tough at home Mountaineers.

I think the makers have baited or have set the bait for the WELL KNOWN Syracuse Orangeman. Getting 9,10, or 11:scared NO WAY they get blown out by W Va thats a football school not bball. I s what a local bettor said earlier when we had friendly exchanges in the mart. Time will tell:shrug:

Well, at the half, it looks like yours is the right side. WVA ended half on a 13-2 run. Not so sure Scuse is more well know than WVA, not after the last three years, but, eh......still like fading the team thats suddenly in a much different technical spot than usual in the head to head series, unless one of teams is obviously atrocious and/or the other is having a major, monster season.

Of course, as I am watching Syracuse.....maybe I ought to put them in the atrocious category until they prove otherwise. :mj07:

Good luck with you play today, my man! :toast:

I pledge to never take Syracuse again. They blow.

Slump continues.....thankfully there's the nfl playoffs bailing me out big time. 2008 in college hoops has been awful for me.

Trudging forward with:

IU -11 over Illini......homer pick. Indiana ought to blow a struggling Illini team out the window. Sure, Illinois will come after Gordon after the whole reneging on the verbal thing, but IU has many other weapons. Illinois will struggle to keep up.

Oregon -1 over Stanford. I know a lot are on Stanford, but I am biting with the home Ducks. Oregon is 11-3-1 ATS at home of late and have covered eight of their last nine Pac 10 games. Plus, the good old unranked favorite over a ranked team. Maybe this time it will work!! :SIB

Good luck!!
