Sabres cant seem to win a game when they really need it...
Did pick up a point on the Rangers, but two would have been better...

Sabres cant seem to win a game when they really need it...
Did pick up a point on the Rangers, but two would have been better...They can't seem to play well against weaker opponents.
The next day or so will tell alot about the upcoming attitude for the rest of the season.
They may unload--Zhitnik or Shemlik or even Noronen-but I would not expect great things in return.
Right now they lack 2 big things-scoring and attitude.
When they went to the Cup in 99-they had 'tude. They knew they had a wall behind them in Hasek. Now they play a different style and have not adjusted well.
Stu Barnes is out with a concussion-but they will be returning home and like you said-playing bad and still picking up ground.
NYR do not scare me-Mont does.
Will post more before the games.
