Been watching and reading BBO's posts closely and decided to try my own contrarian type system. So far it's went 48-41 Monday thru Saturday. Here's today's lineup -
1. Pittsburgh +5.5 - 1:30pm **
2. Georgia Tech -4.5 - 1:30pm *
3. Marquette -2.0 - 1:30pm *
4. St John's +3.0 - 2:00pm **
5. Rhode Island +8.0 - 2:00pm **
6. Michigan -2.0 - 3:30pm ***
7. UCLA +2.5 - 3:30pm **
8. Seton Hall +7.0 - 4:00pm ***
9. Duke -4.0 - 6:30pm *
10. Canisius -9.5 - 2:00pm **
System is based on the same concept as BBO's ... morning lines varianced against power ratings, then going against the biggest spreads in the difference. It's the same idea as BBO's, that Vegas knows more than us and will want to steer the cash toward where they want it to go. In a sense I guess you're playing the same side as "the house" when you think about it ... so far so good.
