Here's to a strong finish to a solid weekend. Still capping some games, but wanted to get a couple in now before tip-off. Was out late last night at the CSUN/Pacific game and watched the Matadors get crushed by the Tigers on their home court. An absolute dismal showing. On the side, my buddies and I bet on how many points Northridge would finish with. Let's just say they couldn't even get to 50 points on Senior Night. Terrible.

Now on to Sunday.

Boston College +2.5 ** (2 Units)
Looks like I'm going contrarian to many cappers on this game, but like the way the Eagles are playing right now. Wolfpack hasn't showed me much regardless of where they play.

N.Iowa -3 ** (2 Units)

Be back shortly with my others. Good luck!

Best,
Kaiser

Thanks Hud! Here are my others.

Wofford -3.5 ** (2 Units)

Arkansas St +9 * (1 Unit)

Troy -5 *** (3 Units)

Appalachian St -PK ** (2 Units)
Besides being a tough team this year, I have made a decent amount of money on them. Perhaps as much as I have on any team, so this is an emotional pick. Felt like I should at least note this in my post. I think the 3rd time is the charm today as all their meetings this year against Charleston have been fantastic. Coming down to the final possession. I have to side with Mountaineers and hope they pay off once again for me.

VCU +2.5 ** (2 Units)
Another contrarian play it seems. I see some solid cappers on here that have the Monarchs. I know this will be the 3rd game in 3 days for the Rams, but they are in absolute sync right now. When they are clicking, I believe they are the best in the conference. Should be a great game and I am sure most like ODU partly because they feel the wear and tear should eventually get the best of VCU. I just think they are on a mission and are playing their best basketball at the right time. On a side note, ODU will probably make the tourney even if they don't win their conference tournament. However, VCU needs it and looks poised and hungry to take it. I will take my chances.

I do like the two late games and most likely will play at least one. I'll be back later in the day. Again good luck to everyone. Should be a fun day.

Best,
Kaiser

The day is going well. The ODU/VCU game was such a tough one. The Rams had a great shot like I figured, but had a couple unfortunate possessions. In any case, I'm playing three to end the night with two happening to be in the same matchup. Rarely do I have two running bets in the same game, but see value in both.

M.Tennessee St -2 ** (2 Units)
I tried to look to see what I was missing, but cannot find anything. I feel lots of cappers are probably thinking the same thing. This line seems too easy, which raises caution of course. I researched to see if I could find anything else additional to explain why the line is as low as it is. Since I couldn't I will play it. I have the Raiders winning by 7-8.

Portland +4.5 ** (2 Units)

Portland/St. Marys Over 139.5 ** (2 Units)

I like the pace of this matchup between Portland and St. Marys. Each team likes to run and can score with the best in the conference. Both should play with a sense of urgency and confidence tonight. The Pilots are playing great basketballl and should give the Gaels everything they can handle. They have won 7 of their last 8 and I see Portland figuring out a way to win this straight up or at least keep it to a one possession game. In any case, this game should feature a decent amount of scoring. The total is set too low.

Good luck!

Best,
Kaiser

No worries Docc. Should have left well enough alone like I'm sure you did. After having a great day, I give my winnings back in the evening. Finishing the day 5-5 for (+0 Units) even. Really disappointed in the way Portland played. Guess I should have known that it will ALWAYS be St Marys against Gonzaga every year in the conference championship and the Zags will beat the Gaels like they do EVERY year. Sick of this matchup. I was hoping to see a break from the past, but looks like monotony will prevail again.

Also, looks like many of us cappers should have known something was fishy with that M.Tennessee game. Looked too enticing to be true and guess what, "we all bit." I knew it and still bit. Why do we do that?

Sorry for the late night cap. Sounds like many of you made out with my earlier plays rather than the late ones. See you tomorrow.

Best,
Kaiser
