Hate playing against home dogs but feel that Texas Tech has too much quickness and is much better defensively than OSU. If OSU covers this game I think it will be in the 2nd half as Tech usually gets out of the gates quick and lets up in the 2nd half which is why I'm playing the 1st half line here.
