Hope you all are doing exceptionally well! I have been away for awhile concentrating on some investment opportunities in Vietnam and Malaysia. However, I still have been following the college scene like always. I also want to express my thanks to a few of you that have kept in touch and value my analysis. I appreciate the MJ community and will be posting my plays so we both can make good returns.
Oregon State +3.5 *** (3 Units)
This game sets up the way I like. Getting a home dog where I see the Beavers winning this one outright. They have been coming together of late and have the distinct size advantage with Moreland and Brandt while being able to kick it out to Roberto Nelson who has been such a tough player to stop. This should be a daunting task. Oregon State is fantastic at getting to the line and should be able to pick up some key points at the charity stripe tonight. That will go a long ways in keeping this game close throughout. Also OSU continues to hit their 3-pointers with consistency and in bunches. The size inside will open up their outside shooting even more. Collier will be an additional big body who I expect to play better than he has in the last few.
There is no denying the Ducks can score, but their defense boasts the 2nd worst unit in the Pac-12 with little size down low to contain the Beavers. Oregon State has been doing a decent job at holding their opponents to mediocre shooting percentages and that should bode well for rebounds and a slower pace than the Ducks are used to. In the end.. the extra free throws, bigger size, open 3-point looks, and playing in Corvallis should favor the Beavers.
Let's punch a ticket on OSU! Good luck everyone!!
Warmest Regards,
HiLo
