Canisius pk over UAB *
Hate spending so much time on a game last nite and seeing the line almost like I thought it would be..its an early game 9.30 am central am..should pass on this game but spent to much time{ maybe wasted time} o ot
Both teams are playing the consolation game for 7th place in an 8 team tourney..both can't play defense,both got blown out in last game...UAB has a little better defense..both teams can't shoot FT's and both shoot about 29% from the 3..Griffs have lost 4 in a row and did play Memphis strong for about 30 minutes..FSU blew the doors off UAB earleir...Griffs have Molson and Reese who can score.UAB has 2 players that can score..see no advantage for either team and the line could be Can +1 or UAB +1 or both -1..so when I saw the line at pk..damn Griffs get one * because they have a longer plane ride home but when you go to the Blue Ribbon rating. UAB gets a B in backcourt and front court whee the Griffs get 2 C's...although Conf USA and MAAC are 2 of my favorite conference a small lean to the MAAC team..both pre-seasons mags have them at 8 place..Griffs learning to play with out superstar Crumptom and same goes for 2 UAB players that transferred...back later with a few real picks..game is on national TV espn...advantage Canisius....people up there in upstate Buffalo have only the Bills to watch on Sunday...Griffs need some bragging rights today...
