Jaspers can't score or now play defense..Quinn beat them 63-59 at Man..Jaspers are 3-11 on the rd..Quinn has Young the best player in the MAAC...

Hard to take the Purple who really suck..but they beat Canisius the other day 88-84...Saints just lost to Griffs Friday nite on ESPN...taking Purple with Prochet and Robb in the paint...maybe the Purple gds can get them the ball..
Rider -2.5 over Marist *****
Huge play...my MAAC play of the year..not really don't do plays of the year....if you like trends then take the Foxes...Rider who has the most talent,has 5 starters back from last yr 22-10 and 15-3 team and are 15-14...Parker is the only player who could start for Rider today,,,but before you follow me look at these trends.. I am not big on trends even though they do come into play..Rider 8-20 ats,2-7 last 9,4-10 away,and etc,etc....more bad trends ..the only good one was they are 5-5 before any snow fall on game day...but later in the afternoon about 10-12 inches of snow is expected in Poughkeepsie...not sure if Rider will get there bus out to NJ...
Foxes have hit a slump.. Dunn has done a great job and their and 12 wins is more then the past 3 seasons..but they can't shoot anymore..in last 3 games only Parker and Funk have double figures...in last 3 games 3 pt shooting is unreal..2-17,6-21 and 1-9..that is 9-47 in 3 pt shots... Broncos won by 1 pt in 1st matchup..Funk had 34 points...in Foxes last 3 games they have scored 44,55, and 59...they already lost at home to Peter,Fairfield ,Quinn and Siena..now Rider is better then those 4..
Rider has the best pt gd in the conf.in Jordan...a pass 1st pt gd than see's the floor...Vaughen is back and is a blue collar worker..Marshall is the 6'9 lefty who can score and rebound..Scott,Allen,etc
Iona just beat them the other day 86-79...and that is the problem.. Rider defense sucks..and they have the worst coach in Baggett...but even with that and a possible 10 inch snow storm coming I'm taking the Broncos ....throw out those trends...and my asst principal who has season tickets to Marist for the past 20 years and sends me info on the foxes isn't going to the game....why....snow storm is on its way...and he is praying for a snow day tomorrow..but I have to remind him I have a snowday everyday for the rest of my life..
