Im playing the over. Wash can score and the defense can give up a lot of points. I can see a 24 to 21 game.

Pitt had 301 yards passing against the Jets. A similar effort vs wash will result in more than the 6pts they scored last week.

Wash has score 38,37. I dont think they score that well on Pitt but dont put anything past Spurrier in front of the home crowd.
I do think they can score 21+ and so can Pitt.
