Real tough loss on Temple. That rated out as a fairly strong play. Surprised they could not finish the deal.

I know it does not help with your play to comment in retrospect, but I just saw your post.
A couple of explanations of why Temple did not "close the deal" is:
1. The coaches are friends and a blowout was unlikely.
2. Temple plays Duke on Wednesday, I am pretty sure, and they had no interest in a blowout against St. Joe's.
That is two reasons that the Under was being bet and the line was moving down, I suspect, from 131 opening. It was 129 at Pinny by closing.
Again, sorry I could not offer constructive observations earlier, but maybe this helps to throw a tiny bit of light on the outcome?
