Chris
Palmer is the Titans Offensive coordinator, He is yet again a guy in
the NFL that continuously gets hire by his buddies when looking for a
job....He was Head Coach for Cleveland Browns in '99-2000 season and a
5-27 record in two seasons...The NFL is a good ol buddy hiring practice
I have noticed, He has no Business being a OC, When he got fired in
Cleveland Another buddy hired him as OC of the Houston Texans,2002-2005
RIP Chris Palmer,He was Fired in week two of the 2005 season as a result
of Houston's lackluster offense....He fooled around as a qb Coach for
the Cowboys and Giants(Buddies hiring him)Then he fooled around as GM
andhead coach In the The United Football League,That didnt last a
year and The Titans Hired him as OC last year, during the 2011 season
the Titans was 21st of 32 in the NFL in Points scored....These
assistants and Coordinator get bounced around and recycled from teams to
teams because the coaching in the NFL takes care of their own,Whether
they suck or not.
Titans Defensive Coordinator is Jerry Gray who
recently went under the microscope of the League for his comments in
which he said his players need to perform with a reckless abandon
and not fret about consequences, according to a league source."If
you are worrying about that, you are not going to go out and try and
blow the guy up," Gray told The Tennessean on Thursday. "Great football
players have to put that out of their mind. You have to say, 'This is my
territory between the numbers, and if you throw the football you better
bring the Gator truck.' And that's how you have to play. You can't play
timid in the NFL."The Gator is a vehicle teams use to take
injured players off the field....He has worked with Gregg Williams for
many years... The Titans, who rank 31st in yards allowed and 32nd in
points allowed and which has allowed 41 first-quarter points, also has
just six sacks and one interception in four games Suck on Defense so
Gray has resorted to Gregg Williams tactics, The League is definitely
watching them so dont expect the players to jeopardize their paychecks
for this clown...He is in reality a Defensive Backs Coach and is in over
his head as a DC...Bad Hire here too.
Dammmmmmmmm....The Bills have 18 coaches? That's like a coach for every 2 1/2 players lol Sure is a good ol' boy network in Buffalo!(more on that...)
Chan Gailey calls the Plays for the Bills...
Gailey
has 2 VERY Good running backs but he likes to pass... I was doing some
googling and found a Bills fan that posted this summary..
Note: I only looked at the series before the
scoring defect reached 21 points, whether it be the Bills were winning
or losing. I figured once it hit 21 points it was basically just
"garbage time". Also, only looked at series in which it wasn't obvious
running/passing downs (2 minute warming, end of the game, etc).
Results:
The Bills ran 47 combined series in the last 6 games (remember, not counting garbage time)
+ Out of those 47 series, 32 series had more passing attempts than rushing attempts, or 68%.
+ Out of those 32 series, a punt was the ending result of 17 of them, or 54%.
+ Out of these same 32 passing series, a turnover (fumble, INT) was the ending result for 8 of them, or 25%.
+ And out of those 32 series with more passing attempts than runs, only 7 of them generated points (TD, FG), or 22%.
+ Basically, 25 of 32 drives ended in no points for the Bills offense, or 79% of the time.
On the opposite side:
+ Out of those 47 combined series, the Bills have ran only 15 series in which they rushed more than they passed, or 32%.
+ Out of those 15 series, we punted on 7 of them, or 47%
+ Only 2 series out of 15 did the ending result of the series end in a turnover (fumble, INT), or 14%.
+ And out of these same 15 rushing series, 6 of them generated points (TD, FG), or 40%.....
It
seems Gailey likes a challenge and rather Pass...anyway, I think They
may have to pass today, Titans are playing better Run defense(11th), It
is the passing Defense where the Titans are the weakest(29th)....The
issue though for the Bills is Their mistakes when they do pass...With
Gailey not up in a Box he is calling these offenses without the
advantage of a Bird's eye view of who the other teams are subbing
in...I'm no fan of Gaileys play calling and certainly no fan of his in
game decisions..
Dave Wannstedt was named Assistant Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator on
January 2, 2012 after serving one season as the Bills? Assistant Head
Coach/Inside Linebackers. He spent the previous six years as the head
coach at his alma mater the University of Pittsburgh.
Oh Jeez, Where do I start with Wanny?
The
Bills have I think the worst tackling Defense I have ever seen in the
NFL...I mean they do not tackle, PERIOD....Wanny has them 31st in yards
allowed out of 32 teams...Titans not much better at 28th but they are
improving somewhat and make a tackle ALOT better...
This is the same
old recycled coaching crap that goes on in the NFL, Gailey was Wannys
Offensive Coordinator In Miami back in 2001 when Wanny was the head
coach for the Dolphins, then these bums journey around to other teams
getting fired along the way till one gets lucky and gets a Head Job
again then Hire the other bum to return the favor from 2001.....
Enough!
Bills play calling and game planning are terrible, The Defense is the
Worst Tackling team I ever seen in my 40 years of watching the NFL...I
cant see them winning this game, Titans have stability at QB now and
Johnson seems to be hitting his stride again against the worst defense
there is...Titans are Not bad against the run; 11th in that surrendering
3.9 YPC
Buffalo lost

Balt@Houston...I Bet The Ravens looked up this spread and said WTF?
Seriously,This has to be the holy Grail of disrespect....Baltimore beat
them twice last year, and I tell ya the truth, I sure the hell didn't see
anything I liked about this Houston team against the Jets or
Greenbay...I think they read to many headlines about how great they
are....This spread is a Joke....Suggs was activated for this game and
The team has decided to play Suggs if he feels and looks good after
pregame warm-ups, I myself doubts he will play...no matter, It is a
Emotional lift for them anyway...This game allllllllllllllllllllll
depends on Flakeco and OC Cam Cameraboom...The Weapons on Offense is
there...Rice, Bouldon, and let's not forget Cushing is out for Houston,
that is bigger then Lewis being out...The Ravens (5-1) have never lost
to the Texans (5-1), winning all 6 of
their meetings(underdogs covered
their last five games) including the AFC divisional playoff game in
Baltimore last year....And they are giving 7....That is crazy without Brian Cushing in there....
