Had a much needed positive day yesterday. Although I'm still down about 40 Units, I plan to continue to chip away.
2 big plays for me today. I got burned bad by my home team last Monday night. Like many people, I got crushed by the back door with 4 minutes left. It shouldn't have come down to this in the first place, but that is a whole other can of worms. Like I said in my Monday nightpost, if I had the chance to make the play again, I would play the exact same side with the exact same amount. For 56 minutes the Cowboys/Redskins played exactly how I anticipated them to. Oh well, on to the next game.
I'm gonna ride my Boys once again this week. I realize this is a true test for them. So many people question thier ability to bounce back after such a deflating loss. I think big Bill will have them ready to go out and play thier usually game plan. San Fran was pretty much lifeless last week, but that was pretty expected. Now the Dallas defense is not quite up to par with the Eagles, but they are definately improving with the addition of CB Anthony Henry, DeMarcus Ware and a few others. I don't think Roy Williams will get burned as bad as he did last week. San Fran lost thier best receiver (Eric Johnson) this week so that is one less weapon to worry about. I look for Dallas to bounce back and cover the 6.5.
My other top play would have to be San Diego. As others have said, this is pretty much a "must win" for them. They are only a few plays away from being 2-0 right now. Don't forget that this is Eli's first time to come this way after whining about not wanting to play for them. Giants have played great so far, but let's not start booking our trips in Feb just yet. Love San Diego in this spot at home on a Sunday night.
Dallas -6.5 (15 Units)
SD -6 (15 Units)
Oak/Phily OVER 46 (7 Units)
Seattle OVER 41.5 (7 Units)
Cincy -3 (5 Units)
Carolina -3 (5 Units)
Tampa Bay -3.5 (5 Units)
New England +3 (5 Units)
Best of luck to everyone today!
