Damn, what a waste of a week... You ever go 8-2-1 from MNF into Sat then go 3-10 that day? Oh well, on to another day. Got another homer play today. Whatever the outcome is, I'll be happy. Going against my Cowboys one more time. They pulled something outta thier ass last week but I don't know if they can do it 2 times in a row facing a team just as good or better. Giants are rolling on offense right now. They are outscoring thier opponents early on and not looking back putting up an average of 34 points a game. Main concern for the Cowboys is the status of Julius Jones. I don't think Dallas can beat them in thier air all day. Tyson Thompson is an awesome backup. He is one of the quickest guys on the team. However, in his few carries he's had, the ball always seems prone to pop out. He is young and I don't think he can carry the ball 25-30 times. Anthony Thomas is a wash. He complains about playing time, but has yet to shown any signs of big play. They need a running game to keep the offense balanced. If you run all day, teams stack the line. If you pass all they, they drop more into coverage. There has to be a balance. Glenn is the playmaker and he will be covered deep. On the other side, Dallas will be tested deep. They defended great last week, but will they do it again this week? Eli has played great so far. Tiki is getting his touches as well as Shockey, Burress and Toomer. Seems like the wrong team is favored here? Maybe I can get real lucky have have a 28-27 victory by the Cowboys? :shrug:
