After that ridiculous game against the Raptors, it's quite obvious that the Suns realize their up-tempo wins games and playing defense is not a focus. I would expect them to continue this attitude.
Both teams have had a day to rest (both teams played on the 31st) so I wouldn't consider fatigue a factor. Also, both teams have a few days following this game to rest so their should be no reason for players not to give it all.
The played in November in with Detroit taking it 111-104.
My initial leans are the Pistons -5.5 and the over, although I probably won't end up playing a side. Also, I think Detroit clinches the conference with a win tomorrow.
