Balls Deep
NC pulled pork barbecue:

Pork shoulder covered in mustard and rub dizzy pig bbcue rub all over that sum bitch
Green egg, 250 degrees to an internal temp of 195 degrees. For a 6-7 lb shoulder probably 10-12 hours
Take it off the egg, wrap in foil and let it rest anywhere from 1h-3h
Shred and enjoy

I like tyler florence's cole slaw recipe for the sandwiches:

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/cole-slaw-recipe.html

Being that I prefer vinegar based sauces for the 'cue, that's what we have. I can dig up the recipe if there is any interest.

Corn dip

All in a smaller crock pot:
2 blocks of cream cheese
1 stick of butter
2 cans of whole kernel corn
1 jar of mild pepper rings

Stir once in while until it is in dip form

Best stuff in the world

Agree, this is as easy and as good as you will taste. Going to do a batch tonight for the weekend.

I don't eat very much meat. I really don't like chicken, never have. But, when I make this, I eat it. Only chicken I eat. You can adjust the seasonings to your own taste. Then, you can use the chicken to make tacos with shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro and ranch. Or you can just put it in a sandwich and eat it. Or just eat it plain with a fork, or stuff it in your mouth with your fingers.

Buffalo Chicken

? stick butter
~3 lbs chicken breasts
~ 6 T. Sriracha
2 packages powdered ranch dip
1 t. white vinegar
1 t. worcestershire
1 cup vegetable or chicken broth

Throw it all in the crockpot - cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6. Take the chicken out and shred it with a fork. Put back in crockpot. Freak out about how good it is and that it doesn't even resemble a cute little bird anymore.

Do you have a preference between the 2 broths?
