If you wish to enter please read this entire post carefully.

Here's how it works:

Any member of Madjack Sports in good standing with at least 150 posts are eligible to participate. Only your Mad Jack Sports forum name will appear on the squares chosen by you. You must enter your screen name, vaild email, and address as requested on submission of your pending squares. This will be used for verifcation as well as sending out prize money if you are a winner. There is a five (5) square limit per person. Any person with more than five (5) squares selected will have all squares over five (5) square limit released immediately. Unlike some pools. I am NOT receiving a free roll for managing this one. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. If you send money for your squares and it is confirmed as received, you will receive your entire amount back if for some outlandish scenario this pool is canceled, whether acts of God, Armageddon, or alien invasion. I'll be held accountable for the mailing costs of the entry fee back to you. All 100 squares must be filled! I do not anticipate a problem but if there is one, I will open in up to JR11 for assistance. Thank you JR11 in advance as was plan B for 2010.

Prizes:

$5000 Total Purse

Final Score - $1750
End of Third Quarter - $1000
Half Time - $1250
End of First Quarter - $1000

Entry Fee: $50 per square

1 square = $50
2 squares = $100
3 squares = $150
4 squares = $200
5 squares = $250

How To Enter:

GO HERE and choose your squares (limit of 5 squares per person at this time.) You must fill in your MadJack Sport's screen name, a valid email, and your real name w/ current address with submission. Failure to do so will result in release of squares and you having to reselect. The square will be put in a pending status and show your screen name. You then will have 7 days for me to receive your entry fee. If I do not receive your entry fee by JANUARY 28, 2011 your squares will be released for others to select and then only upon payment receipt can you reselect new boxes (if available). I know this seems rigid but I do not want to deal with making sure all the money is accounted for at the last minute. I need to receive all the entry fees in a timely fashion so I have time to post the status and draw numbers before game day. Communication is key. If you are having time/shipping issues please reply in this thread to me right away. If you post a delivery confirmation # upon shipment in this thread, I WILL immediately confirm your numbers as soon as the DC# is confirmed. :)

email for address but you should have sent your check already...

Please include a note with the following information when you send your entry fee:

* Your name (real and screen).
* Your current mailing address.
* The squares picked.
* Nude photos of ex-girlfriends are accepted as a tip for organizing :brows:
*This information will not be given out or used in any way. Your privacy is a priority.

Drawing of the Numbers:
Once I have received all entry fees the numbers (0-9 for the two sides AFC and NFC of the grid) will be drawn using an automated random number generator that the web application has provided.

Payout:
I will send the winners payment via Bill Pay same as last year. It usually takes within 5 business days.

If you have any questions feel free to ask in this thread. This is the second year I've done an open Madjack Sports Super Bowl Squares Pool. Please assist in making it a successful one again this year.

Thank you.

If I remember correctly, last years pool filled up pretty quickly at 25 per square. No one got another one up and going before the game; if by chance, this one fills up--say next week, for example, any chance of a 2nd or even 3rd pool being organized?

2 squares are selected and check will be in the mail tomorrow AM...:toast:

I spoke to Jack about the amount and he didn't oppose a higher limit. The justification for the $50 was to allow more members to play as well. I'm certain that JR11 will have a couple going outside of this one. We had zero issues last year and if that continues, I have no problem setting up a second one. First, however, let's see if we get the same response as last year.

The payouts listed in the post and the payouts listed on your site are different. I will grab up a couple in a few days. Thanks for doing this. :toast:

Email me and I'll assist. It requires intermediate understanding of mysql and importing a database onto your server environment.

I'll be happy to walk you through it.

God dammit, Vinnie. I fill out all my fucking info and hit submit and it says my square is no longer available. What are the odds that you wanted square #23 at the exact same time i wanted it?! If that square wins.....I'm coming to Hays to collect.

HEY VINNIE....PAY UP YOU STIFF :0074
